Zanis Tab. is a combination of two chemicals that work together in order to provide relief from pain that result from various health conditions. It comprises nimesulide which belongs to NSAID class of drugs and serratiopeptidase, an anti-inflammatory drug which also serves as proteolytic enzyme. This medicine works by binding to prostaglandin E2 receptor and inhibiting its activity which is responsible for causing pain & inflammation. Zanis Tab. also works by blocking COX activity which synthesizes prostaglandins to add synergistic effect at PGE2 receptor site.  It has ability to cleave peptide linkages from bacterial cells that results in their death with quick healing.
