Itrocure Cap. is an antifungal drug which is formulated using itraconazole as active compound with chemical formula C35H38Cl2N8O4 and molar mass of 705.64 g/mol. It targets metabolism & cell wall formation of fungi which results in their death. With ability to inhibit cytochrome P 450 & lanosterol 14 alpha demethylase, this medicine eliminates synthesis of ergosterol required for survival & multiplication of fungi. Itrocure Cap. gets excreted in urine & feces after metabolism which takes place in liver by CYP3A4 enzyme. It is known to have targeted mode of action and shows no adverse side effects if consumed under prescription.
